I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been providing counseling since 2010. I help my clients 18 years or older with issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, family communication struggles, and many others. My focus is on helping my clients improve their self care, coping skills, communication, and confidence in themselves.

My specialization is in trauma counseling. I have worked with clients with a variety of traumatic experiences from witnessing violence to personal experiences with abuse. I work with this population by helping them build up their sense of safety, decrease their avoidance behaviors, and connect with the world again.
