I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and an Educator. Each of these roles has shaped who I am and deepened my calling to support others.

In this space, I walk beside those who are ready to reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit. Through holistic energy healing, I help you create space for clarity, healing, peace, and joy.

I'm especially passionate about supporting people during life’s more difficult seasons—whether you're navigating illness, grief, major transitions, or simply feeling called to deepen your spiritual connection. I know firsthand how powerful energy work can be in times like these.
