I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I integrate listening and support with the most effective treatment techniques. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and Level 2 Trained in Internal Family Systems, IFS. I will work with you to identify the stuck points that are interfering with your life. 

I specialize in the treatment of trauma-related symptoms. And integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), to help you find relief.
