meet our practitioners

Dot Earley, LMHC, LPC

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, with a focus on understanding the mind-body connection. My practice incorporates trauma-informed therapy, nervous system connection, EMDR, Flash Technique, Clinical Hypnotherapy, DBT, Ego State/Parts Work, drawing from Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Authenticity Therapy.

My focus has recently shifted towards young adults to middle-aged clients, providing a non-judgmental and encouraging space to delve into the complexities and connection with our depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship dynamics, emotional dysregulation, anger, and other mental and behavioral health challenges. Together, we'll work to understand and meet your innermost needs.

I also extend my support to parents of children of all ages who are navigating the complexities of the system and seeking deeper connections. Drawing on the principles of Conscious and Mindful Parenting, I empower parents to foster healthier and more harmonious relationships with their children.

While I'm currently not accepting new clients, I maintain a waitlist. Although I can't predict when new openings will arise, I encourage you to reach out and inquire. Life is ever-changing, and new opportunities may emerge.

I accept most major insurance plans: BCBS, Cigna, HNE, Aetna, Optum/United Behavioral Health, Tufts, Wellsense and MassHealth Managed Care plans: Carelon/Wellsense, MBHP, C3, Tufts, BeHealthy. Please visit my Psychology Today Profile to contact me via email:
